I dated a girl with implants. They were a thing of beauty to look at, not much to play with. Her nipples got MORE sensitive after the surgery. When she was PMS'ing her titties really swelled up, but good lord if anyone or anything touched them..... Two things made me break it off, one, she was a real attention whore (if no one looked at her tits she got moody), the other was catching her fucking one of her co-workers. |

When it doesn't they defer to the "new" attention they get from sugar daddies to compensate for the low self esteem. My wife had a reduction.
Nice firm, stand up on your own even when lying down booobies. For a while, anyway. Some scarring, not too bad. Can be removed thru cosmetic surgery. A bit of drainage - they put a tube in for that purpose. She's very happy with it. |

Just so everyone is aware they were NOT my idea..... She has always gotten unwanted attention, so I am not worried about that, BUT much better to have this done now and find out then AFTER the walk down the aisle. She does claim that they are for her enjoyment and clothing filling, etc. I can understand some of that, she has a good size butt (round not fat) so she did look really disportionate. I can hope that it was simply an asthetics thing for her and a pride in image. If not, 'taint my money. |

I test drove a set for a while and wifey now has a pair. She will feel some incredible pain for the first week and wonder what she has done to herself, a common reaction. After that, for the next 3 weeks or longer, all of her girlfriends will want to see them. After that, she will be more inclined to show them off at drunken jacuzzi parties, thus getting reciprocal boobie shots from other chicks. A bonus!
Once you have seen one boobie, you want to see them all. Naysayers have never driven a set. Seeing them on TV or at a tittie bar doesn't count. Get in the fricking game and actually use the equipment, all of you naysayers!  And, boobies have little to do with your wife leaving you. If she leaves, it was probably already planned. Maybe a little extra attention, but no more than before, if your wife has a nice ass. I don't mind people looking at her, if they didn't, I probably wouldn't, either. My wifes small D ended up being a large D. If she goes bra shopping, don't go with her. It may be fun once, because other chicks bra shop too, but she will be frustrated getting D bras that actually fit right. She probably won't need a bra for any reason other than keeping the nips hidden under clothes. In a couple years, there is a greather-than 50% chance she will want them done again, either larger or a different shape. I guess I don't have one thing around me that isn't modified..................rrrrrrr more power! |

My belief too, however I like BIG real ones, so I am conflicted  After they settle (6 weeks per doc) I will get some pics (ostensibly with a rifle....ooo Gun Porn) She is a 34, so a 34D is equivilent to a 36C. Actually an over nipple measure a 34D is 38 inches and a 36C is 39 inches. Oh, damn, I have to get a cloth measuring tape now. Even from the look right now, I am betting on after surgery shrinkage to a large C. So thankfully no porn boobs (under the muscle too) |

I know two sisters that got them. One got a cheap set and the other got the expensive set. The one with the cheap set has had periodic problems and pain for the last couple of years. They are nice to look at though.

My cosmetic surgeon (small bump on the nose) was one of the three doctors who invented this operation in 1962 in Boca Raton Hospital in Florida. Not one case of cancer or obscure diseases is linked to the use of implants, just those good 'ol trial lawyers smelling blood! I say bring 'em on!

I agree 100%, my wife was a small d, $7500 later she is an e cup which looks good on her 5'3" 36-22-37 frame. I never cared for fake ones until I got to test drive a nice set done by a very reputable surgeon, not just a boob doc. |

The implants spell insecurity but they are not necessarily "bad"...just watch out for her flaunting them around other guys...and be certain it stops wih "flaunting"...often it does not. BTW you have never lived until you have had to tell female cop with these things that she will not be allowed to fire her shotgun for qualification because they may burst and leak! (and yes, I have done that! )
