Sorry if this is a dupe, but this is from the ATF web site:

ATF Memo on changes after AWB Sunset

"There are no longer any marking requirements for semiautomatic assault weapons and large capacity ammunition feeding devices. Existing markings on firearms and magazines relating to law enforcement or government use may be disregarded."

Geez, dude, there has been about 500 posts on the forums about this and none that I saw  actually linked to anything on the ATF site to document the fact that LEO stuff was fair game.  Now, if some dealer tries to tell you they cannot sell the stuff, you can give them the link or a printout that proves that you are right.
