Notice the pic with the cation that says:
"Gunsmith Justin Davis holds a Ruger mini-14 rifle, illegal to manufacture under the assault weapons ban." I thought Mini-14's were not on the list... |

The weapon in the photo is a "GB" what Ruger calls, government barrel. It has a flash suppressor and a bayo lug and the ability to accept hi-caps. Ruger never sold them to the public IIRC. Back to my original point...................... I hate cnn
