Today I picked up my new personal rifle to use at work, a Colt AR15A2 carbine with the hideous "Restricted Military / Government Law Enforcement / Export Use Only"  stamp on the magazine well.  It kind of made me chuckle thinking that at midnight tonight that roll stamp will mean nothing, although it will be used in a law enforcement capacity.
