--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi All,

Sadly, Thomas Peterpaul who is a 5th grader at St. Patrick's School in
Chatham where our children go to school, was diagnosed with Leukemia
about 18 months ago. The whole school has been following his ordeal and
pulling for him. Please visit his website as he asked (the link appears
below) and forward the email to others. Part of the website commentary
is copied below - the guestbook has been signed by people from all
around the world who are praying for him.

This reminds me how important it is to count my blessings every day.

Take care,

Elizabeth

THOMAS HAS MADE Another REQUEST..
HE WOULD LIKE TO HIT 1,000,000 VISITORS TO HIS WEBSITE. IF EVERYONE COULD
FORWARD THIS LINK:

www.caringbridge.org/nj/thomaspeterpaul

TO AS MANY PEOPLE THEY KNOW, WE KNOW IT CAN HAPPEN.
THANK YOU

DAY 45 POST TRANSPLANT:
Thomas' kidney function levels continue to decline. Doctors said there
is nothing that can be done and only time will tell (days). We remain
positive and our faith comforts us during this difficult time. So many
prayers, so many people, touched by Thomas' spirit. Right now, Thomas is
thinking about what music should be played during his dressing change
and he is unaware of the magnitude of the challenge he faces. We refuse
to accept the medical diagnosis and know that there is a miracle waiting
in the wings.

We ask everyone to pray to God for his healing touch.

GOD BLESS

With all the bullshit on the presidential election there is ONE thing that either candidate can do to seal his victory.

The Children's Disease Act. Enact a bill, act, or whatever that will allocate funds to end Childhood diseases such as Leukemia, Down Syndrome and Congenital Heart Defects.

Who could say no to that?

Every holiday season we go down to the Children's hospital and give the kids on the Heart ward toys. The faces of these kids... all they want is life. Is that too much to ask?

on earth for such a short stint that he was never able to really experience life

i've always asked myself these questions...............why?  and the question only serves to add more pain.  when my son was born with a heart problem i spent forever asking, "why."  why would somebody be blessed with a completely healthy child and then choose to kill it because it would inconvenience them?  why would a child get a terminal disease and some asshat not deserving to draw another breath live to be 400 yrs old?  all we can do is hope there is a master plan beyond our comprehension.............................

The only people I ever feel bad about something happening to them are children.

Adults can take care of themselves, for the most part.

Ok, I feel for you too, just not as much as children.

Do not hesitate to flame me on this one....

Many of these "plea for dying whatever" are just cookie/email harvesters that spammers are using.

Too cynical for my own damn good.

He didn't ask for a blowjob from Cameron Diaz?

The time and date seems way too fishy.
