Not enough, except in 8mm.  I would call 1600rds of 8mm Mauser "enough for me."  barely 200 7.62x39, 75 or so 10mm, 225ish 12ga, 700ish .22lr.

So, that is roughly 2800 or so.  But my car has required lots of repairs as of late.

And no, I do not have an AR.  Yet.

Go get one, that's your assignment for the weekend, post pics Monday.

Thanks

Will you loan me the $800 required to do so?  Otherwise, it will be a year or so.  I want a CCW first.

That’s classified more then 20k primers in a residence is a no-no I believe, dose it count if it’s in a shell along with powder and bullet don’t know. But anyhow quantities of your personal stores should not be given out over the net

Is there a max number?
and is this per caliber or total

Uhhh,

800 rounds of 5.56
300 rounds of 9mm
100 rounds of .38
60 rounds of 7.62x39
200 rounds of .45 ACP

Excluding .22s, looks like 1400+

Not bad for being at college

And to the network goons who monitor student usage:  It aint on campus, bitches.

(And you thought avoiding ATF agents with too much time was a pain in the ass?)

EDIT:   I don't care who knows how much ammo I have...  it is a pitiful amount in comparison and most of it is for use in other people's rigs.

Total, If I remember right there's a slip of paper that comes in the prim box that lists the do and don't of safe primer handling I just look in my newest box of Winchester and nothing was mention so maybe the laws aren't in effect anymore. Remember I just talking about primers not loaded ammo which I don't know the laws on the amounts. But if your going to store large amounts of ammo at least have the courtesy to store in something that gives you heat and fire protection(short term) that could be the shits if you have a residental house fire and 30k or 1K rds of say .308 start going off at the firefighters they tend to back out and not try and save your shit.

Ammo is banned here.

Well you can only but it if you have a license.

pellets arent.  Hell, I used to drive around with a tin of them in my car.  prob is, every time i hit a bump or went around a corner too fast, the pellets moved around and got dented.

Stored somewhere outside of the house?

There are too many variable for me to answer the question as asked

160 12ga 00 low recoil  -> but no launcher
2500 .223 (Q3131A) -> mmmmm plenty launcher
1200 .308 (Battle Packs) -> mondo bolt/scope launcher
500 .45 (S&B) -> mmmmm plenty launcher
.45 spent brass + bucket-o-powder + primers -> mmmmm good

This is less than $1000 worth of ammo...  I have way more than that tied up in weapons.  I am not overly concerned about the BATF reading about this.  If I am involved in a self defense shooting they will come to my home and see it anyway...

These are tools and equipment related to tools.  Nothing about buying in bulk to save money is illegal in my area.

EDIT:
three 7-round magazines + 1 in the pipe
