Shepard Smith, a reported for Fox News, was arrested in 2001 for aggravated battery with a motor vehicle. Smith, who had been covering the Presidential elections, backed his car into a female journalist who was attempting to save the parking space for someone. He reportedly yelled an obscenity to onlookers and walked into a building. The charges were later dropped.

Yeah I corrected that in the post when I realized that I had seen him recently, but no I don't watch Fox news? I hate the news, if I want biased info I'll put the bias on it myself.

He was a local tv reporter here in Miami for a few years before he went to Fox.
I always thought he came off as a sensationalistic, egocentric blowhard.
