He has 30 days to VETO it, from the day it reached his desk.
He can sign it into law or veto it. It will becomes law automatically, if he does nothing. |

I bet that's what he'll do. Just sit on it. That way, he can say, "I didn't sign it!" "I'm from Austria, I didn't know that these things just become law!". ARNOLD is a DEMOCRAT IN DISGUISE! |
