You know, an 877 number is toll-free. the person on the receiving end pays for the call. Now, I would never suggest anything ethically or legally quetionable, but that billboard seems to indicate that you can call that number for questions or to get info, right? So, I'm guessing here that the phone sits in MA somewhere. Perhaps many arfcomers have questions that they would like to ask? I mean, so what if you are in TX or AZ? If you are genuainely concerned, give them a call and chat with them for a while. Sure, it might run up their phone bill, but isn't it worth it? Do it for the children...
