She's seated near the Bushes.
On the way there, she had a police escort. The cops were taking on the radio, and they were referring to the protestors as "savages".
As in: " Be careful, up ahead there's a large group of savages".
Too funny.

She has short dark hair, is wearing a black jacket and skirt, and (of course) she's hot.
If I get a more specific grid, I'll report.
