Wouldn't a lot of that be cheaper, just to put them in jail?
"Persistant offenders" = jail
There gonna track domestic violence offenders...............................how does it help if they are "at home" where their victim is
?
Sex offenders, prison track them there........cellbock-yard-mess hall............that technology has exsisted for quite some time.
I like how they point ot the tech has been used in the US............ yeah for bail monitoring, or criminal driving where "home detention" makes sense, not for sex crimes, persistant offenders, etc.
