no idea

each group of 10 numbers for the first 9 groups add up to 101
then one group of 10 adds up to 92
then the next 8 groups of 10 numbers add up to 1001 then one group adds up to 992, then the last group of 10 adds up to 1010, so ... ??

Thats funny. I worked for an engineering firm that had an IT Nazi in thetruest form. I decided to fuck with him a bit. I emailed a buddy a message like this:

Mike,
kfakkndf;and;ofinagh;afkjhg;j a;iurh;ahkjah;kfjhakjd;foinfunruiahtanglaksjdvna;onrha
ajfd;gjokan;uhr;aung;ruhfanv;ornvrnaoinroinga'oirhg haouirhtanr;ofnaoihruh a;urh;tuna;orij
sdkljal;ijfioajaoinuartuirngajvborinuieroiutwoiertlsfosiuh.

Decode: 724355AEI

Let me know ASAP!

Well for weeks I sent these out with different decode keys and different messages. Our IT guy didnt talk to me the whole time. I found out later(after I left for another job) that he had spent literally days and days trying to decode my mail. It drove him nuts to the point of asking friends and coworkers if they knew what I was up to.

Anyway sorry for the hijack.

Oh thats easy, They represent palindromic numbers, numbers that are the same forward and backwards.

Doh. That should have been easy. One of the first things to do when trying to figure out a sequence is to look at the sequence of partial sums. I.e.,

1st + 2nd + 3rd

I hate people who can so easily figure out puzzles like this... it makes me feel about 100x stupider than I actually am.

I can write a code that no one can break! Only problem is, it takes forever to code it and just as damn long to decode it!

I bet you can but hte point of mine was it was no message. NOthing nadda. Just garbbled text. That was the beauty of the gag.
