I throw them on the ground of the parking lot I'm parked in. When the store owners see them laying on the ground, they'll be more apt to keep an eye out for this crap and will stop it.
I know they won't allow it at the Home Depot here in my town.
Actually caught a guy putting them on cars in a Wal-Mart parking lot once. He was walking straight for my truck when I yelled at him. "Don't put that on my truck!"
He kept walking towards it even though he acknowledge he heard me. I sprinted on to my truck about the time he was lifting up the windsheild wiper. "I SAID DON'T PUT THAT ON MY TRUCK!!!"
So the dumbass tried to hand it to me.
"It's just some advertising."
I just went around him and got into my truck and drove off.
Whenever I see a business do that it tells me one thing. They're business is cheap. If they really wanted to advertise they would do so through the local paper or Yellow Pages.
I never do flyers for my business.
