[ARCHIVED THREAD] - States with their own AWB?
ARCHIVED
Posted: 8/28/2004 4:55:21 AM EDT
Does someone have a handy list of states that have their own AWB? I am trying to work out a deal where I can help a brother out in a restricted state.
Thanks,
Bob

Actually I am looking for states that can have preban rifles shipped into them. I should have been more clear.

Thanks KyBob!
NY is one of those states. I'd suggest posting it in the EE, and then visiting the hometoiwn board to post links to your generous offer

CT is one of those "Can't have a Colt AR15 or Sporter, but can have the evil features if it is an AR-type (non-Colt), built before 9/94"

MA has just changed the law to an "AWB" as it existed on 9/13/94.

Any other states?

You can forget about shipping anything pre-ban to NEW JERSEY.
Even BLOCKED MAGS will get you nailed if it isn't permanent.
