No it will not go away, it is a different law.

Nope.

It's one of those things that awaits 60 Republicans in the Senate!

The House is cool, but Senate Rules require 60 votes in invoke cloture and halt the DEMOs' fillibuster against any changes.

And the really bad news is that IF we did have 60 Republican Senators, we would still have to count on a few DEMO crossovers in order to compensate for the Chafee/Collin/Snow crew who would side with the DEMOs.

Insta check is a good. Anything that keeps the hands out of people who shouldnt own them, is a positive.

In Az, if you have a CCW you dont have to go through the check.

good law, lets hope it stays. Even though I couldn't buy guns from a old incident I think it's worth it.

While I do agree keeping firearms out of criminals hands is a good thing. What about your average joe like me? I was delayed yesterday for a firearm. Why should I be delayed? If i wanted to harm someone I have pleanty of firearms to choose from to do so. So why delay me for another? This law is bullshit.
