That's an old story and I think it was more like a conductor on another train came over the PA and announced the reason they were running late was because they had to stop because Kerry's train was holding them up and they should vote accordingly.

Something like that.

I heard Kerry's barber quit.

Barber was a union guy and he said the intensive labor and time to cut John's hair gave him a wage below the poverty level.

Barber said "vote accordingly."
