I used to get my Deer tag every year but I haven't hunted since the late '80's.

I'm startin' to think Turkey hunts would be fun though.

Trapping is MUCH more fun and exciting than one would think.  It's a blast!  It is a never-ending learning process, and that appeals to me.

I-713 banned the use of body-gripping traps and poisons to capture any mammal for recreation or commerce in fur. The initiative's backers -- chiefly the Humane Society of the United States -- argued the practices are cruel and inhumane.

Anyone who has trapped knows those are almost instant kill traps -- conibear

dummy tree huggers

No state allows poisons except when going after vermin

If it walks, crawls, slithers, flys, swims or stands on the face of the earth, I'll hunt it.
