I bought a brand new stainless mini 14 with a synthetic stock a few months ago and paid $460.00 That price is outrageous. I got it on sale but the price of one before the sale was only $520.00 I'd look elsewhere if you want to buy one.

Hrm.. I would rather put that $ towards a Garand, even a Century Garand would be better than a Mini-14.

For $500 you can get a CMP Garand.

It`s highly unlikely that anyone has paid retail for a mini-gun.....but one thought is, if you`re going to pay 500, then why not a couple hundred more, and get...well you know.....[smoke]

I got a pre-ban Mini-14 Ranch rifle with the scope rings and 2 confirmed kills on White Tail deer. It used to have a side folder on it, but I stole the stock for another gun. Overall condition is good. $475.00 delivered to the FFL of your choice….

This depresses me. 9-10 years ago I got a Mini14 paramilitary type, threaded barrel, bayonet lug one of those nifty wooden stocks with the folding tubular steel stock. I sold it for like $250. But, of course, my local gunshop had about 20 of them for $225 each. I wonder what the cost would be now? DAMN! I shoulda kept that gun.

Mini GBs with folding stock ( factory ) are going for 900 to 1200 dollars.

Prices in manufacturer's catalogs are suggested retail prices. You can beat those prices majorly, unless you go to a local dealer in my area who looks up his guns in Gun Digest and marks his price tags the same as the book. NO KIDDING!
