There's another military vehicle going out of control and crashes. Only for the occupants to get shredded by ak fire. Armored vehicle drives by and crashes. It could be intentional. But it looks like an accident due to rubbernecking. Some of the stuff posted here suggests the first vehicle, shooters, and the armored vehicle are all Russian. I remember reading an account by an officer whose driver had to negotiate a road that was under enemy surveillance. Cat 'n mouse and the driver would swerve, speed up, suddenly stop. Since the artillery spotters couldn't predict the jeep's movement, the officer and driver drove through unscathed.
