I wouldn't be so quick to say "Nobody will help." because I just saw it happen/ Don't get me wrong. LOTS of people want to help, but no Western government is willing to get directly involved, and send their OWN military units to fight/kill Russian units. And unfortunately without direct intervention, I don't think all of the help (weapons, materiel, supplies, volunteers, etc.) will be ENOUGH. |

One thing I am noticing on the propaganda from both sides. The Russian propaganda is saying they're doing well in the kinetic engagement. They're not saying that the Ukraine people are acting defeated. They're not saying a lot about the Russian soldiers high moral.
The Ukraine Propaganda has been saying they're staying strong. That they are not defeated, and that the Russian troops moral is low. Besides the Ukraine propaganda being more effective in driving moral internal and external, it is the loser that picks when the war ends. Not seeing anything about the Ukraine spirit breaking. They're determined to not be the loser. This bodes terribly badly for Russia. More expectation of a Junta to assassinate Putin and putting and end to this. Russia surrenders to Ukraine, Ukraine annexes Russia and joins NATO. |

All the drone strikes I see are hitting buks first.
Are they doing that for the secondary carnage, or because the Ukrainians have air assets like frogfoots to hit these convoys? That convoy had got to get decimated |

Even though he decided to pass out AKs, understand that all of those citizens became a member of the Territorial Defense and the serial numbers are registered to them, while they are a civilian militia, they are also considered to be Ukrainian Armed Forces. But no provision has been made to relax gun laws and that's what most the gun news sites are getting wrong. Ukrainians have been able to own MSRs and hi-cap mags for decades so nothing has changed. This article is really good with info: President Zelenskyy: Open Up Ukrainian Gun Ownership!Ukraine Has Had Eight Years to Prepare the Population Against a Nation Which Has Persecuted it for Hundreds of Years, Yet Zelenskyy Refuses to Cut the Red Tape on Firearms Ownership That cat is out the bag. UKR comes out on top and the people will keep their arms. UKR comes out under a Russian thumb and the people will use them as long as they need too. Yep. Even if Zelenskii doesn’t want to liberalize gun ownership after this, there will so many guns distributed/left lying around on the battlefield by dead/wounded/surrendered troops that any gun control laws will become somewhat irrelevant. People might need to hide what they have, but lots of people are going to get/stay strapped just in case. I personally know a guy in Norway whose family still has an MP40 lying in a closet that was looted when the German occupation troops left. Just in case the war wasn’t as over as everybody thought it was. Illegal guns leftover from the war are very much still a thing 80 years after the fact. I refer to it as the dirty little secret of European gun control. Also important to remember is that the EU will likely make Ukraine have some baseline of gun control to be a part of the EU, Schengen Zone, or European Economic Area. They have made Switzerland change their laws several times on the latter two bases. |

I think the big IF is the Ukraine logistics getting the missiles and gear to where it is needed. If they can do that I don't see how Russia can win. If they can push that down to the tactical or theatre level that would be such a force multiplier that if they get resupply it is almost a forgone Russia defeat. |
