Yeah Wagner and probably MoD units were supposed to get a half payment for their conscript period of 6 months when they got to the front lines and then the other half when they finished. Volunteers I believe were supposed to get monthly payments. But oh no, poor Ivan! There are no ATMs at the front! I will hold your pay until your term is over and you can return to mama and your ATM. Unless you die first and then I will keep it for “the good of the brigade” (me). |
