Serbia? Lmao, this has to be a joke.

Zekensky met with the Serbian leader and that guy released a statement that they support Ukraines territorial integrity because they want Serbia’s to also be respected.

I have no idea what Serbia’s concerns are but for whatever reason they align with Ukraine. Strange world. We have Serbia who is aligned with Russia supporting Ukraine’s territory while Hungary being in NATO does not.

They are also only hitting businesses and govt buildings after midnight that aren’t open. Specifically damaging property only. Not targeting civilian apartment buildings.

That makes sense.

I suppose another reason behind these attacks could be to tie up Russian air defense assets that would otherwise be used in Ukraine.

The building under construction on the territory of the Moscow City complex received minor damage. This was reported to us by the emergency services. "Window openings were knocked out in the building. The survey continues," the source said.

Casualty recovery has never been much of a Russian/Soviet priority.  There are still bodies from WWI, WWII and the Finnish/Soviet conflict being found, mostly Russian/Soviet.

Plus, Russia pays the surviving family a death benefit. But no payment for MIA. So there is a substantial incentive to NOT report KIA.

For me, that would be pure fun, I would imagine it would glide pretty far.

They have been toying with the idea of just putting a turbofan engine on a JDAM with the glide wings and just making them longer ranged, somewhere around the range of the older JASSM, so less than 350 km.

I had that thought as well.  I'm wondering if there will just be an archaeological "war layer" where they find bones, uniform accruements, weapons, frag steel, wire, etc. and automatically know they are digging through the war layer and immediately be able to date the layer as between 1914 and the mid-2020's.

I would end the war I will end the war by doing a deal on terms that will advance our interests
a deal requires everybody to get something out of the trade that includes Putin so here's the deal I would do
freeze the current lines of control a Korean War style Armistice agreement
I will further make a hard commitment that NATO will not and will never admit
Ukraine to Nato but in return we get something greater what is that
China and Russia have to end their military Alliance Russia has to pull out of its military partnership with China
that is the single greatest threat we face in this country from a military perspective Russia has the largest nuclear stockpile
in the world has Hypersonic missile capabilities ahead of that of the U.S and China China has Naval capacity
Ukraine
especially in the South China Sea ahead of the U.S and an economy that we depend on for the shoes on our feet or the
phones in our pockets our modern way of life that is the single greatest threat we face
so in return for that deal Putin has to exit his military alliance with China I'll make him remove the nuclear weapons
from kaliningrad the little strip bordering Poland and remove any Russian military presence from the Western Hemisphere
Cuba Nicaragua Venezuela yes there are Russian troops on the ground get them out of the western hemisphere in return
we'll also open up economic relations with Russia I do believe we're the ones that foolishly bombed the Nordstrom one
and two we will rebuild that I think we want economic integration of Russia back into Western Europe and even with the
West then Putin has no reason to be in bed with China that's how we drive generational change
and peace not just in Ukraine not just to save the money but now Russia's not in China's Camp Xi Jinping will have to
think twice before going after Taiwan because she's in Pig's BET right now is that the U.S won't want to mess with
two different Allied nuclear superpowers at the same time that's what gives him the confidence to go after Taiwan but if
Russia is no longer in his camp and then we'll talk about if you want about how we get India on side as well but mostly Russia if we get Russia no
longer in his camp Xi Jinping definitely has to think twice before going after that
island nation that's actually increasingly armed that is how we at once end the war in
Ukraine but also deter China from going after Taiwan without going to war over it
that's the kind of leadership we need as opposed to a neocon establishment now in both parties and basically every other
candidate in this race on the Republican side other than Trump is a neocon and basically every Democrat who's
running other than Bernie Sanders or who's run recent history other than Bernie Sanders is also a neocon it's a neocon consensus that is marching
us closer to World War III which I think is a great risk we Face the risk of World War III and nuclear war involving
Russia it's going up every day and nobody's talking about it I am deeply worried
about this but I think as U.S president I will be in a position to end the madness to be transparent to speak the
truth to stop pretending that Ukraine is some Bastion of democracy it's not and to actually stand and even if it
were it's not our job to protect it it's their job to protect themselves that's the answer

The ChatGPT candidate has spoken.

Yea, his foreign policy is sociopathic.  Make me wonder what other moral dilemma he is willing to solve for the sake of expediency.
1st amendment is messy, let's curtail that. 2nd is totally without equity,  let's get rid of that.
With no moral compass, all things are possible,

Russia says it dispatched two fighter jets to intercept two drones over Black Sea

“To prevent a potential violation of Russia’s state border and to counter the UAVs conducting electronic reconnaissance, two Russian fighter jets were lifted,” the defence ministry said, identifying the drones as an MQ-9 Reaper and a Bayraktar TB2.

“The UAVs changed their flight direction and left the areas where aerial reconnaissance was being conducted” as a result of the manoeuvre, it added.

The Black Sea has seen renewed tensions since Russia exited a deal protecting exports from Ukraine ports in mid-July, with attacks escalating on both sides.

Don’t forget that the commanders get to keep the dead soldier’s salary if they don’t report them killed.
I’ve heard that that’s one of the reasons Wagner was so willing to send those human wave attacks in Bakhmut.

Remember all of those months old bodies laying all over the front? Do you think Russia counts them?

Plus, the Russian commanders enjoy banking the pay from the Not Dead soldiers.     Lots of good solid reasons for them to avoid documenting anything negative.

They have been toying with the idea of just putting a turbofan engine on a JDAM with the glide wings and just making them longer ranged, somewhere around the range of the older JASSM, so less than 350 km.

This sort of adds nuance to the plane load of 200s ukraine sent back to Russia a week or two back.

Sorry mama, your son died in Ukraine 9 days after he arrived. He is buried in meat cube #183922 in Yakutsk. Yes, yes, it is a long way. In recognition of his bravery and your loss, please accept these gifts of some oil and a bag of onions from dear leader Putin. Yes, he sent these straight from his summer mansion to cheer you up. Goodbye.

I’ve heard that that’s one of the reasons Wagner was so willing to send those human wave attacks in Bakhmut.

Yeah Wagner and probably MoD units were supposed to get a half payment for their conscript period of 6 months when they got to the front lines and then the other half when they finished. Volunteers I believe were supposed to get monthly payments.

But oh no, poor Ivan! There are no ATMs at the front! I will hold your pay until your term is over and you can return to mama and your ATM. Unless you die first and then I will keep it for “the good of the brigade” (me).
