Details on the two grinders, as I don’t recognize the grinder on the right.

Right grinder is a Eureka Mignon Notte for espresso. It's pretty much the best entry level espresso Grinder. Very pleased with it so far. I have very limited use of the Gaggia, just got it dialed in today and pulled 6 shots to do so. It seems to have a fairly low learning curve though |
