The proposed Equality Act (H.R. 5) turns sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) into protected classes under the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1968 Fair Housing Act. The bill creates obvious liberty, equality, privacy, and safety concerns. H.R. 5 would empower the federal government to impose civil and criminal punishments on citizens who dissent from SOGI ideology, including medical professionals, parents, women and girls, businesses, and charities. The bill would violate their rights to freedom of conscience, religion, and speech. The bill would also take away basic authorities of local communities to determine who is allowed in single-sex facilities and whether biological men and boys are allowed to join women’s and girls’ sports teams.

There's a lot more to the rise of Hitler and WWII than the common history books will tell you- it seems to be that any mention of it is immediately drowned out by cries of Nazism, Hitler, etc., essentially fingers in ears and lalalalalalala, instead of an honest look at how what was arguably the most advanced society in Europe at the time was led astray. It's a shame because there are definite lessons to be learned and as the saying goes, those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. Neither period is something that we want to repeat and yet here we are, going down that path again. |

While the communists and National Socialists had a few things in common they were polar opposites. Communists wanted totalitarian control of all people, including their living, working, schooling, health care, food, consumables and standard of living AND all total control and ownership of all industry with a small number of top communists running the entire show, keeping the standard of living extremely low and killing anyone trying to stop them. The National Socialists wanted, primarily, communists gone with a top down run government but with industry still independent and workers still more or less free to chose their occupation and contribution but with much more government regulation, better conditions and employment for the people and the elimination of a democratic form of government. Hitler's vision was somewhat different than the Party's and involved blaming a racial class (Jews) for all Germany's ills and a militarily aggressive dictatorship with him at the helm. |

With the election of Trump and him pulling the veil off Washington politics during his term, the left knows that they have a finite time to destroy the constitution and everything that goes with it. Our government is weak, you saw that with the second impeachment trial. Biden is as weak as they come and Harris is no better. There is no real governing going on in Washington. We haven't had a real budget in over a decade, our military is now another social experiment and we can no longer exercise our constitutional rights because twitter, google, apple and facebook say so.
