The proposed Equality Act (H.R. 5) turns sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) into protected classes under the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1968 Fair Housing Act. The bill creates obvious liberty, equality, privacy, and safety concerns. H.R. 5 would empower the federal government to impose civil and criminal punishments on citizens who dissent from SOGI ideology, including medical professionals, parents, women and girls, businesses, and charities. The bill would violate their rights to freedom of conscience, religion, and speech. The bill would also take away basic authorities of local communities to determine who is allowed in single-sex facilities and whether biological men and boys are allowed to join women’s and girls’ sports teams.

The idea of communists and right wing fighting in the streets is off though, and a myth in the case of German history. It was leftist groups (National Socialists and Communists) fighting for power. Neither was remotely right wing. Gotta respectfully disagree: Holocaust Encyclopedia The Nazi Party was the radical far-right movement and political party led by Adolf Hitler. Its formal name was the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (Nationalsozialistische deutsche Arbeiterpartei or NSDAP). Nazi ideology was racist, nationalist, and anti-democratic. It was violently antisemitic and anti-Marxist. And ref the street fighting: Altona Bloody Sunday (German: Altonaer Blutsonntag) was the name given to a violent confrontation between the Sturmabteilung (SA) and Schutzstaffel (SS), the police, and Communist Party (KPD) supporters on Sunday 17 July 1932 in Altona, now in Hamburg but then part of Schleswig-Holstein, a province of Prussia. The riots left 18 people dead. Following a policy of appeasing the National Socialist German Workers Party, Franz von Papen's government on 28 June 1932 lifted a ban on the SA and SS which had been in place since April. This led to recurrent riots and open street fighting between Nazis and Communists. In July, an SA and SS demonstration through the workers' quarter of Altona was approved by Social Democratic police president Otto Eggerstedt, despite threats by the Communists. Eggerstedt himself was on an election trip, and his deputy was on vacation. As expected, it triggered a major confrontation between 7,000 Nazis and Altona's Communist residents, leading to massive police intervention. Eighteen people, including two SA members, were killed, most of them by police bullets. The riots were used by Papen as an excuse for his Prussian Coup on 20 July. When Hitler seized power in Germany in May 1933, 15 Communists who had been arrested were tried for murder. In addition to prison terms, four of the accused were sentenced to death and beheaded on 1 August 1933. In the 1990s, the Federal Republic of Germany reversed these convictions, declaring the convicted men innocent. https://www.rarenewspapers.com/view/632148 |

Communists wanted totalitarian control of all people, including their living, working, schooling, health care, food, consumables and standard of living AND all total control and ownership of all industry with a small number of top communists running the entire show, keeping the standard of living extremely low and killing anyone trying to stop them. The National Socialists wanted, primarily, communists gone with a top down run government but with industry still independent and workers still more or less free to chose their occupation and contribution but with much more government regulation, better conditions and employment for the people and the elimination of a democratic form of government. Hitler's vision was somewhat different than the Party's and involved blaming a racial class (Jews) for all Germany's ills and a militarily aggressive dictatorship with him at the helm. |

With the election of Trump and him pulling the veil off Washington politics during his term, the left knows that they have a finite time to destroy the constitution and everything that goes with it. Our government is weak, you saw that with the second impeachment trial. Biden is as weak as they come and Harris is no better. There is no real governing going on in Washington. We haven't had a real budget in over a decade, our military is now another social experiment and we can no longer exercise our constitutional rights because twitter, google, apple and facebook say so.
We are doomed. |
