Arfcom, what do??
I guess I can give a little more info. She's 7, 1st grade. Apparently this little budding shitbird in her class drew a picture of himself with a gun and her body laying on the ground with blood around it, and told her he was going to come to her house with a gun and kill her. He did the same thing with another girl in the class on the same day, my kid says. We live in a nice, small, very red town, no ghetto or 'hood to be found. I grilled her pretty hard to be certain she wasn't making anything up or even embellishing it. She's a clever little spud and naturally seeks martyrdom, something I've been trying hard to break - "Being a victim is not something we should want, kid. The attention might feel good for a minute, but the better way is to be strong and not let people.... etc., etc." - so I had to check the story several times, and now I'm pretty well convinced she's telling it true. What do?? |

Talk to teacher and principal to see what they know, put them on alert.

What kind of fucked up ass home does that kid come from that he is drawing shit like that?
Kid is probably gonna end up in jail when he gets older. |
Contact the school. See if they can get the troubled kid to go to sessions with the guidance counselor to figure out how much of a threat he is and maybe try to get him moved to a different class.
is the kid's mom hot? that's all that matters.
but seriously, that is messed up and i have 2 and 5-year-olds myself, i think the kid's homelife is fucked up. |

There was a squirrely little motherfucker in my elementary school who did stuff like that. Drew pictures of himself stabbing girls in our class. He bounced around different facilities for years, could never hold a job for more than a few months. An absolute freak.
Once we got to high school, we were all sure he would come in with a shotgun and just start unloading one day. Fortunately he never did. I have no good advice. |

This happened to my daughter, last year (4th grade). The boy was/is very troubled. He had his own aide and the school "assured" us they'd handle it.
Instead of going crazy, we made it clear to our daughter to stay away from him. Stay away meaning to never be w/in 10ft and not to converse. A lawyer friend of mine drew something up and sent it to the school, just so we had a legal timeline. Kid soon started bothering other kids. The Covid shutdown took the kids out of school so it ended. My wife and I met w/ the superintendent and principal, at the end of the year, to make it perfectly clear that that kid would never be in another of my daughter's classes. We'll see. |

Odds are greater than 98% that he will own ferrets, snakes, or both before he turns 18.

What do you know about his parents?
If they are trash, best to take it right to administration. If they aren't call them and tell them what's up. |
They should be able to prosecute as an adult. If the left thinks kids are wise enough to pick their “gender”, they’re ready for the judicial system.

I did a lot of silly stuff when I was 7 and was probably closer to getting thrown out of elementary school than most. However, NEVER did I, or would it cross my mind to, draw a murder scene where a classmate was killed.
Seems like a deviant behavior that should be addressed through the school. |

Just talk to the school.
My daughter was about 5 when she told a girl on the playground that she was going to bring a knife to school and cut her if she didn't give her the ball. It was an empty threat and we were obviously embarrassed as hell when the school notified us. No idea where she got that from. No tolerance suspension for a couple days. This is much worse though because the kid put time into the picture. Probably a terribly misguided way of trying to get her attention but can't disregard it. |
I doubt the school will get involved. liability issues.
You will learn that you can only control your kid. At best. Kid bit my daughter at about the same age as op. I had to threaten to sue to get any response from the school / teacher. Good luck. |
Red Flag his ass and have all of his squirt guns, Nerf guns, cap guns, dart guns and even a fucking paint gun if he has one, taken away.

At very least send a formal complaint notifying the teacher, the principal and the school district. This needs to be sent certified so you can prove you sent it and they received it. If it were me I would have one of my lawyer relatives send on Law Firm letterhead. By doing this you will have made the school and school district aware of the circumstances and should anything happen to your daughter you can sue the shit out of the school district.

Quoted: See if you can get him tried as an adult. This isn’t a 4 year old we’re talking about, he’s 7, which is 1 away from 17, so basically an adult. If I had read that while taking a sip of my tea I would have spit it all over the monitor... (I'm definitely gonna steal that and use it somewhere...) |

Call school meet with teacher and principal. Call today. Don't wait kid has a problem.
Definitely contact the school, lawyer after depending on their response. In today's world I wouldn't take any threat to my kids from someone old enough to pick up a gun or a knife lightly.
Get documentation before going to the school. Without it, a lot of schools are going to want to cover it up.
