Played it at Church Camp (we Episcopalians aren't that bad about everything) last weekend for the first time. Lot of fun. The problem I see is that as soon as you start staying in rather than tossing before the flop you are telling folks potentially more about your hand than you might want to.
My best hand was 4 9's, pair dealt down dealt and the first two cards flopped were the other 2. Ran the pot up a little but the guy next to me had a flush and it sure is nice having somebody else in there helping to run things up. |

I play poker once in a while here in Vegas for real.
Playing poker on line is a waste of time because you aren't really playing the game. You are just betting on the cards that are dealt to you and that isn't really poker. You have to be able to see your opponent in person or it is just the luck of the cards. |

I like watching the "World Poker Tour" on the tube, for a slow game it's really exciting. Think of all that money they're betting. I tried to play but couldn't for some reason. I'd rather play with real cards and have the people setting accross from me so I can read their tells. Poker is a fun game.

I play on Yahoo for free. My friends hate Hold 'Em, they like stud and wild cards games
 I'd probably go broke if I played it online for money. |

I just started playing on my off duty job and I love it. I play at Poker Room.com you can play for real or for play if you play for fake money you get $1000 a day to play with.

I hate watching it on TV. I wish one of the judges would walk up to the contestants and pull their sunglasses off of their faces.

He's up something like $3,000 since he started a couple of months ago. |

I love hold 'em, it's my second favorite game besides 7-card stud. We play for a few hours every Sat and Sun after golf. The way we play, it costs $1 to see the flop and $1 each for the next two cards, then $1 to call. The most you can lose on a hand is $4 so nobody gets hurt too bad.

$768.00--- That how much money I made last month playimg 1 night a week at the local casino. "the world poker" has been great sooo many people just itching to lose money.
