Posted in team so sharing it with non team members.

Finally, the Name Change Tool is being completed. It should be ready in a couple of days. We took time to identify everything we need to do to make this a "complete" action. Users will be given 1 name change and then your account will be locked from any others. There is a possibility of making additional name changes available at a cost. (Say $20 to discourage it being abused.) Staff already is swamped with work, so this gives everyone a chance to change their own username and keep the workload clear. For now there is 1 and only 1 name change coming. Do not mess it up!
