USS President USS Essex USS Lexington USS Congress USS Enterprise USS Langley USS Chesapeake USS Saratoga USS Hornet USS Constellation USS Yorktown USS Wasp why - tradition. Like to put the USS Constitution in there too (instead of USS Essex), but I don't think the original will ever go out of service. And naming a ship the USS United States makes it too much of a target for terrorists, espionage etc. Need another slot to get the USS Ranger in there too. |
