"Nearly 30 teachers in Jefferson County, West Virginia that attended the rally at the Capital in Washington DC on Wednesday are now being threatened with termination.
A letter was sent to the teachers by the Jefferson County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Bondy Shay Gibson. In the letter the teachers are told to report to a meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 where disciplinary action, including termination, will be discussed. The teachers are encouraged to bring a representative with them. The teachers were also told to not enter any Jefferson County School’s property or attend any school activity." The letter sent also cites "Pro Trump and anti-Democrat social media posts"... https://www.wfmd.com/2021/01/09/teachers-in-jefferson-county-wv-that-attended-rally-at-the-capital-threatened-with-termination |

How did they know which teachers attended the rally
This sounds like grounds for 30 lawsuits. |

And yet an attorney in chiraq (or was it NY) who threw a molotov into the back of a police car walks away w/out charges...

For as much as the left loves to cry about McCarthyism, they've sure gone full send in the opposite direction.

I'm amazed that there are 30 individuals in a given public school district that are right-wingers. Incredible.

Yes, keep removing the few things people have holding them back.
What could go wrong? |

They are test driving.
First the people who participated in the actual protest part, now moving on to the 1,000,000 or so who attended the speech/rally. If they are successful in non personing all of them, then they move on to all 75,000,000 who voted for Trump. |

West Virginia eh?
Sounds to me like the local School Board better cut loose the Superintendent ASAP. This isn't like they are in a liberal state. |

If you've read your Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn (except for his last book) then you already know who what where when why & how.

But they can attend blm rally's, join antifa, and help burn down courthouses and police stations.
|
|
That’s a good way to put 30 people on the road to having nothing to lose.

How can someone be found "guilty" based solely on surveillance photos?
You are surprisingly likely to have a living doppelganger |

The people need to get their kids out of those brainwashing camps. Put them in private schools or homeschool but protect your kids or lose them.

Everyone is vulnerable.
It's just a matter of motivation, and to a lesser extent resources. |

I lived in Berkeley County which borders Jefferson County until last summer.
They will NEVER be able to replace those teachers. WV teacher salaries are pathetically low and many teachers just commute to Northern Virginia where they can make $25K per year more. |

This is why people can't ignore local elections.
Take over your school board. |

Cancel people, de-person and no jobs, and classify them as terrorists. I wonder how this will end.

Good thing those teachers are all union employees. I'm sure the teacher's union is solidly pro 1st Amendment.

Much of the big tech suppression is not 1A infringement, but a school board doing so is precisely that.

I'm sorry, but if you went to that rally but you work in that system (the government school system) I simply can't understand you.
Get your kids out of the government schools if you want me to take you seriously as a conservative. |

I was just informed out very own LawyerUp is in the beginning process of suing the shit out of that superintendent.
