Venue is Hite Hollow Range in Craigsville (Staunton area).

Show time is 0900 if you can help setup, 0945 if you are only competing.

Update 1 June 2020:

Standby for venue change likely to vicinity Staunton, VA. Subsonic rounds will no longer be required.

Only requirement now is centerfire rifle caliber, no steel core or AP ammo.

Note: Weapons need to be zeroed for 50y.
~~If you don't have a suppressed weapon and/or subsonic ammo just come with what you have- bring a rifle for the hike portion and we will hook you up with a rifle for the shooting~~.

APC will be holding a D-Day Memorial Hike in honor of the many Virginians (it was a Virginia National Guard unit that was first on the beaches in their trial by fire) who fought and died on, or in support of, the landings on the beaches of Normandy.

Update 1:

Appears event will happen near Lorton, VA. We are looking at a total of 3 miles hiking plus some shooting during the hike. Final details to follow this weekend. Please RSVP.

Update 2:

Please confirm whether you own a centerfire rifle suppressor and have subsonic ammunition available- if you do not, please let us know if you'd be willing to pay actual cost for a box of subsonic ammunition if you were provided with a suppressed weapon to shoot.

If you don't have a suppressed weapon and/or subsonic ammo just come with what you have- bring a rifle for the hike portion and we will hook you up with a rifle for the shooting.

I do not have a rifle suppressor.

I could run a SBR/suppressed 9mm AR if needed.

I could also pay to use another's rifle and pay for ammo.

If we don't have to be suppressed I'll run loud. If we want to then no prob. I'm good anyway you slice it.

I have multiple suppressed 5.56 rifles I can bring, but I suspect you are talking about 300 Blackout/Whisper, which I do not have.

Sounds like you need a 300blk upper since you can safely run a 9mm can on subsonic 300blk.

5.56 is fine if you get subsonic ammo. You won't be at much of a disadvantage if your rifle doesn't cycle with subsonics.
