Wow, it's like dejavu all over again.  This time the girl is originally from Bulgaria, and has been in this country for 6 years.  The crux of her argument appears to be that

so, the 2 hours of conversation prior to this, about all sorts of other things, and the pictures that she'd seen of me and my tattoos, and everything else about me wasn't enough to so much as meet me for a beer, because ultimately I believe in the right to defend myself, whether from the mugger on the corner, or the .gov in the capitol, and the ability to do so responsibly.

She is from Bulgaria, one of the most backward countries in Europe.
Use that to your advantage, in the gun discussion.  Keep in mind that that area is saturated with guns, and several levels of illegal trafficking activities go through there, including human trafficking (usually girls - yes, actual underaged girls -  to go somewhere for whore work).
Ask her if the innocent victims of the mafia (yes, they are there too) should be able to defend themselves.
How old is this woman?  Sounds like she didn't learn very much from her time at home.

To answer a couple of questions...
She's 27.  Been here since she was 21.  I suspect, like many immigrants, she was probably "rich" when she lived there.

As for the armpits comments... I'm going to try and post some pics in the team member forum.  Ya'll can decide if you think she's got hairy pits or not.

Here's the question though.  Do you chalk someone like this up as a lost cause, or do you try and see if you can convert them?

That's the angle I was taking.  She kept rambling on about all the nuts in the world, so I'm going for the angle of protecting myself (and her?) from the nuts.
The upside here is she's hot as hell, so I'm hoping to at least work SOMETHING out.
