Just dropped a load of letters in the mail on the way to work this morning. I won't be getting excited untill it's all said and done.

there will NOT be any difference here in NJ. If the AWB is sunset, I still have to abide by NJ gun laws.

Oh man, that will be the day. I think about the ban once every minute. Such a rediculous law, such a foolish LIE.
I shoot off emails all the time, but tomorow I will make myself type up some letters and send them through the mail. Everyone, it only takes a few letters to your state reps. Do what you can with those people you have in office. Things can only get better if we fight this. |

Buy a 1 year NRA membership for each of your children, your wife, even your dog. Photocopy the paperwork and chech, write "copy" across it, circle the "one year" to make it stand out, and mail the copies directly to Wayne La Pierre with a letter stating that you are supporting the NRA in its fight against the AWB, but if the bill is renwed or replaced, or bargained away for a liability cover for the industry, there will be no renewals.
