Perhaps ETH or another laywer on this board could provide some info on this question.  What exactly is the law (at least in Texas) regarding "doctor shopping"?  According to news reports, Rush is supposed to have engaged in this activity, but I have not seen any detailed definition/description of exactly what a violation entails and what the punishment is.   Thanks!

Doctor shopping refers to looking for a doctor willing to prescribe drugs illegally.
