COLUMBUS (AP) -- Law enforcement officers were investigating whether a shot that killed a woman as she rode in a car was connected to eight other shots fired at vehicles along the southern leg of Interstate 270.

Chief Deputy Steve Martin of the Franklin County sheriff's office said authorities planned to compare bullets from the shootings that occurred on or near the outerbelt since May...


did they ever catch the shooter in WV a few months back?
