1. The media is controlled by conservatives and  corporations which are ideologically friendly. The idea of a "liberal media" is an absurd myth.

2. Socialism has failed in Cuba and elsewhere because of the United States' opposition and embargos of "Peoples' Republics".  Cuba would be a success if only they could trade with the United States.

3. A woman should have a right to murder her own child in the womb, but the state has no moral right to execute a murderer.
