I think that's an awesome idea.
 Force them to spend all their money and resources defending against endless lawsuits instead of campaigning for the reauthorization of the AWB.

bake sales? LOL no well that is a possibility, but also maybe get arfcom and pre-ban.com to help. or get some people to donate money. minimum ten dollar donation. put it up on arfcom's front page announcing a class action lawsuit. Like get every visitor to donate a dollar or whatnot. Go from there. |

see I think it'd be an excellent idea for arfcom as a whole. get some people to organize it and run it. I'm giving out the idea instead of doing it because I'll confess im not good at doing these things. in fact i've never. I'd love to be a part of it but I don't think I could lead it.

That site was hilarious! Stop the NRA from putting John Lee Malvo back on the streets everyone!
 Did you guys see the pictures of the evil looking assault rifles that the NRA wants to put "back" on the street? Boy they looked evil, I'm sure glad they are illegal now. They can put 12 lugs in a cops body in two seconds.  Just think of the rights of the gangbangers families. They get he doors of justice "slammed" on their faces!  The NRA is killing everyone! Run for your lives!!

I got an Andy J to toss in, but we're gonna have to raise a lot more. Remember the good ol' days of fund raising with the "Psycho Bash"? You got a junk car and sold sledgehammer swings for like $2 each. We could do the same with a few junk cars and sell a mag of ammo to blast away at it. Fun and fund raising, all at once.

Here's an idea, the anti-gun groups have been slandering the gun manufacturers and dealers for years too so maybe we could get some of them to join the suit and provide some funding. I'm sure they would love to give those idiots a dose of thier own medicine.

You can't sue them for slander...
The 1st Ammendment has been held to severely restrict 'slander' and 'libel' charges against corporations and public figures. Trademark infringement may be possible, if the site uses any NRA marks without authorization, but 'fair use' may be a defense to that... Nice try, guys... Although WIPO has been notoriously yank-happy wrt taking away domains from 'infringing' or 'sucks' sites... Maybe a domain dispute to get them knocked offline... |
