I think you are too quick to condemn Bush.  Here is a quote from your article:  This is unprecedented b.s. for Dem's to demand this power.  They have no legitimate authority to demand this.  But, having said that, there are political realities that must be taken into consideration here due to the 50/50 split in the Senate.  All judges must be approved by the Senate.  I believe he is waaaaay more conservative than most people thought.  Our local news was pissing and moaning about how conservative these appointments are--and only said he had (temporarily) pulled "the MOST conservative ones."  Give him a chance.
