I don’t get it. Last year at this time I was in shorts. I remember making a remark about how nice it was. Lows in the mid 30s, highs in the mid 50s. It was a winter, sure, but it was tolerable.

This year, it has been cold as fuck almost every day since thanksgiving. It snowed on December 10th. I’m 29, I’ve never seen it snow in December in my whole life.

It’s 17 degrees outside right now, and going to get down to 12. On Thursday and Friday it won’t even get above freezing the whole day. I hate this shit.

What the FUCK global warming? Where you at?

I hear ya man. Al Gore lies to me. I want in on the class action against him. I thought the Beach was going to be much closer to me by now and the weather was going to be awesome year round. This sucks. Water freezes in Tennessee at 40.

You’ll be thankful for it this summer. We had no winter in jawjuh last year and I’ve never seen so many snakes and bugs.

Right ! I'm in Jersey but the folks retired to Georgia a long time ago. I retired a few years back and I head South for Georgia every Winter to see my Dad and stepmom. This year is like WTF ! I was hunting on our farm outside of Keysville during that same cold snap. Just about froze my ass off, even though I was fairly well dressed for it. Hell with that noise.

I'm in north central Alabama. This is a good'un. I have a woodstove I originally bought for backup heat. So far this week I've went through January and February's allotment.

This is good for later. Lots of bugs are going toes up now.

HVAC can't keep up, yesterday I closed off the attic ventilation, that helped house started heating back up...until it went and dropped below 20*F it's 10*F at my house right now and interior temp has fallen to 62*F. Sealed up this old house better than it has been in years but it still has single pane windows and no insulation under the floors. I hope to fix at least the window issue this year.
