If defining acting as white, as attempting to assimilate into corporate society, or attempt to demonstrate interest in acquiring intellectual knowledge and skills that can enhance ones self, the we as a nation have a problem. If education is encouraging children not to improve themselves and take advantage of educational opportunities then education needs a swift kick in the ass and much more parental involvement.

After spending time in small towns in Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia I can assure you that "ebonics" is not a "special language, it is the EXACT SAME THING as poor trailer park back woods southern white people. And hate to break it to ya but those whites spoke that shit first. The same fucking language minus a few new words made up in rap music over the past 20 years.
