Have a brand new Compass Lake Upper 1.77 twist, received suggestions for break in loads for 600 yards, but will be shooting 200 right now, any suggustions for good load with Winchester 748 powder with 52 grain, Sierra Matchkings. Thanks....

I don't think it matters that much what range you break it in at or even what kind of ammo you use.  I don't use 748 but you might try over at the Reloading Forum.
