Coworker just fucked his up.
He laughed about it before he went out, came back in and the auto-brightness adjust based on ambient light has the display all fucky and he's been complaining about his phone being ruined for about an hour. EDIT: It's fine now |

Somewhere around zero.
(I don't think you understand how "those sensors" work) I could be completely wrong, I don't know. I do know that IG and FB just blew up with millions of pics that look like fuzzy toenail clippings, so obviously people are able to use their phones for viewing and pics. |

Apple and one or two other phone companies have said that without a filter, the images won't be good, but, that it would not harm the phone, the phone's cameras, or the sensors.
I'd thought about going out to take pics, but I'm not going to, not due to phone worries, but just that the pics won't look right without having a filter. I'm in the 100% totality zone. I wish I'd thought ahead and rented out my yard. It's sunny out here, no clouds, but there are some about 10 miles out. |

Arizona is cloudy 1 day a year. Today right at 1030 it decided today was the day to be cloudy. After eclipes was over it decided not to be cloudy

S7 Placed eclipse glasses in front of lens. Changed from Auto to Pro setting. Turned down exposure as low as it would go. Photos OK but nothing stellar.
