For me, I get too worked up from the work week, and come almost every Friday, I simply can't sleep. I don't get back on schedule until Sunday, then start the madness again. You?

Power is out in my area and its getting stuffy without the A.C. Biggest problem is I can't sleep without the noice from the fan.

I wake up at 0400 to be at my desk at 0600, M-F.....Shit just doesn't stop on Saturday and Sunday....Much to my dismay.

stress and being wired from work fucks up my sleep schedule...

went to bed around nine pm, up at 1 am wide awake.

had some coffee, fixed some bacon and eggs, realized its going to be hot, wet, muggy day a little while ago and I'll mostly be staying inside so popped some benadryl and xanax and hope to get some more sleep this morning.

When I'm on my week off I go to bed between 4-6am and usually wake up around 10-Noon. I'm currently on my week off. Next week I'll be on days and it will fucking suck

Work second shift. 3 till 11 is regular shift. Most days stay over until 2am. Thats 18 hours extra pay Monday thru Thursday.
I can sleep on the weekend.
