Germans used a lot of captured equipment. They even rechambered the PPSH for 9mm.

They captured and used a lot of PPSHs.
As has been said, they even starting rebarreling them for 9mm. |

Didn't have to be rechambered either, 7.63×25mm Mauser for the C96 pistol was in production and worked without modification.

they used large amounts of captured equipment, Most as is, but some tanks and tank destroyers got german guns put in, while a few used the russian stuff as is. A couple German vehicles used Russian guns in them because they captured so many plus ammo. the 76.2MM being one of them.
