This dumb bitch called it "performance art", and is not facing charges even though it stopped a train for over 30 minutes. Fucking New York is as lost as California, what a shithole of a city, always has been, and always will be the nastiest city in the U.S.A.. Don't even try to say New Orleans, Chicago, New Jersey, Detroit (any ghetto city in Michigan), etc..... is worse than NYC.
