I keep an American Flag flying 24/7 365 days a year. But since its almost the 4th of July, lets see your pics of the symbol of true freedom!

Also, you can see one of my security cameras next to it scanning the front yard and doorstep [:d]

Hey jarhead, nice house. I do have a question, and I'm not trying to pick on you or be a smart ass. I thought that no flag was to be flown to the right of the American flag? With the exception of a group of state flags in which case, the US flag flies in the center? I was a little confused about that one because it said something about states and or organizations, does that mean that it's OK if you have a state and a Corp flag the US flag goes in the middle? I figured if anyone would know it would be a Marine.

No problem. It's not that great an angle in the picture, but the US flag is actually flying above and in front of the USMC and Texas flags. According to US code chapter 36, title 10:

§175. Position and manner of display

The flag, when carried in a procession with another flag or flags, should be either on the marching right; that is, the flag's own right, or, [red]if there is a line of other flags, in front of the center of that line.[/red]

That's what I went with, and put the US flag out front, up higher and centered.

Hell yes it is. I got one in front, one in back and one of the side. Gives me almost 360 degrees of view. Great SHTF tool, good to know who's coming to your door and when to rock n roll when the blue vans pull up so I can start: [uzi]

Hawkeye,

I have to add that your home looks pretty small arms munition proof. Good SHTF structure. When I am able to go buy my own home in a year or two Its a muct that it be all brick on the outside.
