I know what my credit score is without going to that website.
820 |

Not signing up. But just bought a car for the wife. I was 812, wife was 810. Not rich. Just have debt. And make all payments on time.

Thought about a "post your utilization" thread, but I knew I'd have to explian it about 18 times per page, and lots of people won't be honest about it. |

Nothing is free. Those commercials cost a fortune. What's the catch?

Not wasting my time with Credit Karma. I just pulled my free Fico from Chase last night...
808 FICO and I think it may go up soon. I just paid of a loan a few days after the cutoff for this month's FICO score. Depending on the reporting timeline...November's FICO could go up. |

They make money by suggesting credit cards to you based on your report, and if you open a credit card they recommend then they get a cut. Enough people do it that they re a viable business, but it is really completely free to use. http://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/010815/why-credit-karma-free-how-it-makes-money.asp |

799/804 for now, likely going down again once they get their next reports in and it shows that i'm over 10% credit card usage
i'm running up a 0% interest credit card right now while diverting that money to my wife's car so i can get it paid off in a few months and then get the card paid off before the promotional period runs out a money saving move that my credit score really seems to dislike. want to say it's down from 835ish |

In the 730s
You do know that the score on Credit Karma is not the same as the traditionally known FICO score or what is used for mortgages or anything else. |

I haven't yet figured out or embraced posting photos on here...
750 / 746 0% Utilization |

about 8 years ago I was 780 or so...
This is right after I paid off all my cards, except one. My big Rig was paid off, as was the trailer. House was being closed on. Fast forward about 5 years and I had zero credit inquiries, one card I had used hardly at all. My score dropped down to the mid to high 4s I realized at that point the whole credit score was a scam. Its not based on "are you a good payer, but, how much $ can we make off this idiot". I have one CC now, and I only use it for work travel and related and gets paid each month with zero balance. The ONLY reason I have one CC is because of work. There is not a single person I have ever dealt with that says "he no pay heez beelz". |

No score available. No loans or credit cards. View Quote Not judging, just curious, why don't you use a credit card that you payoff every month? With all the compromising of cards these days at brick and mortar and online stores I don't feel comfortable using a debit card tied to my accounts. |

I used Credit Karma before signing up for MyFico. Credit Karma always gives you a higher score as it's a different scoring system. Just about all lenders use Fico. It's also important to understand that there are several deferent Fico scores.

698/695. I had 783/785 in May but 4 hard hits for my bike(s) and 2 for my truck killed it.

You have to be a real narcissistic person in order to make yourself feel superior to others.
I would never post my credit score on the Internet because I've seen what hackers can do with just a small amount of information. |

lol @ all the 800s. Sure, sure. Well some of us actually do have good credit and even go so far as to tell the truth. Actually, I thought about it after I posted and decided that the only people who will actually post their credit scores will be high 700s and 800s. So, maybe some of you actually do have over 800. |
