Looks like some Miami DJ's were able to get Castro on the telephone for a phony phone call and Castro went nuts when he found out.

as funny as it was in theory...
the person who let the call through to castro could very likely be tortured or killed for his mistake.  People need to weigh the concequences of foreign countries, and not base them on the US's possible consequences.
