My sincerest thanks and deepest appreciation for your service.  I am glad for each of you that return.  I am sorry that the need was there but am proud of you for meeting that need.  Some times in order to assure the peace, we must go to war.  I am proud of our nation, its leaders and most of all for its soldiers that faced the threat to insure the safety of those left behind.

Since you asked, I have a couple or four things I would like to know.

Do you know of anyone who's life was save by their vest ?

Did you see combat ?

What did you need that you should have had and couldnt get ?

Did you guy get a debrief when you returned to the real world about the changes to yourself and how it will affect your family ?

Welcome Home Devil Dog!!!
[marines]

You gents did all of us old farts proud!  Spend some time with your wife and family.  You have NO IDEA how much they worried about you.  When you get a chance, tell us where you went and what you saw on a day by day basis if you can remember.  Writing it down will be good for you, and you will be able to pass on to your grand childrens grand children your story of a Marine that went to fight against evil in the war on terroism.

Ya done good Son, real good!

I was in Iraq. We did street fights in the middle of Baghdad. I'll post some photos when I get some. The locals loved us all they helped a lot they told us where missiles FROG and Scud missiles and guns RPG's they also showed us where the Bio weapons where.  We also got children out of concentration camps that Saddam set up. The way it smelled! Well it stunk because they just throw there trash out in the street  dead dogs on the side of the road  so it smelled bad.
