Don't know about your area, but here all I have to do is pick up the phone and dail 411. We have an option of using a name to get a phone number, or using a phone number to get a name and address. I've used this on a prank caller one time. Called them back and told the kid his father's name and his address and it freaked him out.

If you can't do this in your area I'd call the phone company and see if they will help you. If that won't work try and find a CD called "PhoneMate". Haven't seen it in awhile, but the last copy I got was from Office Depot in 2000. Number has to be a listed number also.
