Actually I was referring to the "brief shining moment" when America was as close to perfection as humanly possible. Sometime between 1791 and 1913. [USA] BTW... Kennedy was actually fairly conservative - for a Democrat. Ardent anti-communist, favored low taxes, strong on the RKBA, didn't care much for the "civil-rights" shysters of the time nor the growing socialist hippie movement. But he did get us entangled in Viet Nam so I guess you have a more than valid distaste for him. |
