Anyone who has had or is close to someone who has heart disease, knows what kind of fat is bad for you.  I knew about this after my dad's heart attack in 94.    A man who loved quarter pounders, milk chocolate, and OREOS, had to give all those plus more up.   This lawyer has his head up his ass if he thinks this is new news to the American people, screw him, he wanted a few minutes of fame.   That is like saying swimming during a lightning storm is dangerous.   Disbar the schmuck,  and any others who files frivolous law suits such as this.   If he wants to teach, go apply to be a home ec teacher or pe teacher, our court system is not his blackboard.   [/rant]

I think everything that might possibly be harmful should be banned.  As a matter of fact I think to save ourselves from ourselves we should all go to the nearest cliff and jump.  Let's start with Lawyers and politicians first.  Then we'll move on to the greater Californian population.  That should be a good start.
